This page is the entry view when users first enter application. The page lists members that you have most recently modified, unless the user is a clinician then the lists show members who are your patients that have recently been modified by you or somebody else. This page also has quick retrieval functionality for members or groups if you know a name or identifier.

You will notice the some fields are blocked out here as in other screen shots this is because the user does not have privileges to view this information. Privileges are based on user type and are controllable at the individual field level.

This view shows a member record being created of modified. How a record or document appears can be modified without affecting the records content or how it appears when printed by adjusting the appropriate document database record.
